Title: Great Family Experience
My wife says that it would have been even better if the hotel had a dedicated play area for children.

Location is close from city center and it is very combinient to do shopping. For Japanese people, it is plus that there is JSTV (Japanese program) channel.
I parked a car at the parking place outside, and the front passenger side window was broken by somebody. The hotel staff at night shift was not so helpful.

In hotel it is impossible to have supper (the last arrival) - only drinks.

We were delighted with the cleanliness of the hotel and the fast wireless connection, especially considering it was fully booked. The front desk staff were pleasant and went above and beyond by offering dinner suggestions and arranging taxis. The breakfasts offered a great variety of options. The location was also convenient, with the old district just a 10-minute walk away.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the main shopping areas and city attractions. The breakfast was excellent and staff were polite and helpful. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and we were impressed with the cleanliness.

Good price for a well central located accommodation.
First they put us in a groundfloor room which smelled like an ashtray. But when we complained they gave us a room on the 4th floor which was much nicer.

Great location close to the best restaurants and pubs. Only 10 minutes walk to the shopping center. The breakfast was really outstanding with plenty of options and the staff were so friendly! The room was comfortable and there was a good parking option within walking distance.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating during our stay. They provided a fan for our room which was a lifesaver in the summer heat. The location was convenient and the hotel offered a mini fridge with various beverages. I would highly recommend this hotel for its reasonable price, friendly staff, and great location.
